App
The primary product container in Switera. An app owns its organizations, Auth settings, services, credentials, and operational records.
App Credential
An app-scoped credential used by trusted backend services to call Switera APIs.
Auth
The Switera service for sign-in, end-user identity, access policy, MFA, social login, enterprise SSO, hooks, and directory sync.
Auth Hook
A synchronous call from Switera to a Builder-owned backend during an Auth flow.
Builder
The person or team using Switera to build and operate a SaaS product.
Builder-defined event
An event your backend explicitly emits through Switera to represent product activity.
Delivery
A webhook or email message delivery record.
End User
A person who signs up for or uses the Builder's SaaS product.
Endpoint
An HTTPS destination configured to receive webhook events.
Event catalog
The list of events an app can emit or subscribe to through the Webhook Service.
Managed email
A built-in Switera account or security email that can be configured for an app.
Organization
A customer account, company, team, or workspace inside an app.
Publishable key
A public app identifier that can be used in client contexts when intended by the integration.
Secret key
A sensitive app credential for trusted backend services only.
Sender domain
A domain verified for sending email from an app.
Tenant
Technical API term that maps to organization in the Builder-facing product.
Webhook Service
The Switera service that sends event messages to Builder endpoints.
